I found your blog via the Comedy Film Nerds message boards.
I have to admit that I am not a big horror fan – I am much too “squeamish”. But I did enjoy Cabin in the Woods, as it plays with that particular subgenre and turns it on its head.
Not horror, strictly speaking, more a crime & suspense story with some horror, some humour, and lots of gore…. – still, I consider it a classic that everyone should have watched at least once.
